Saint Clair Court is a very unique condo development because it’s a concrete low-rise, as most buildings 4 stories or less are typically wood frame. There are so many benefits of concrete over wood construction. In most cases concrete buildings are more resistant to sound transfer between the suites and require less maintenance over time.
