Keys in hand: Another Successful Vancouver Westside Condo Purchase

It’s the end of 2025, and I’ve wrapped up another successful Vancouver Westside condo purchase with an incredible client. Debbie secured a stunning suite in the Fairview Slopes neighbourhood — a quality building, a functional layout, and a beautiful outlook toward Downtown Vancouver. And honestly, the location speaks for itself. Fairview is one of the best Westside areas: central, walkable, steps to the Seawall, and surrounded by top-tier amenities.

Like many of my clients over the years, Debbie came to me through a trusted professional connection. Referrals from past clients, friends, and industry colleagues mean everything to me. The market has been unusually slow for nearly two years, creating one of the most buyer-friendly environments we’ve seen in a long time.
