East Vancouver has been our native selling market for close to 20 years and we know it well. As REALTORS® we have the opportunity to experience many areas of the city. I personally live in the area and feel it's a terrific neighborhood for so many reasons.
In my opinion Collingwood/Cedar Cottage area has a lot to offer. It's not just the real estate, it's all the wonderful people who live here, plus the location within the city is fantastic. I have a family and the amenities are so accessible for us. We use the local parks, community centres, walking trails, basketball courts and everything else in the area. Having the Skytrain and good transit routes is also important for us. When it comes time to travel to other parts of the city, I find Collingwood to be very central.
