A SPECIAL FAIRVIEW CONDO SALE FOR LANA & HER FAMILY
We recently helped Lana and her family sell a 1 bedroom investment property in Vancouver premier neighbourhood, Fairview. A nice experience and definitely a special Fairview condo sale. This is a neighbourhood we’ve sold in for over 2 decades. In previous posts i’ve mentioned how this is an area dear to my heart as I previously lived in the area for many years.
It was an amazingly sunny day, myself, Olivia Xue and our client Lana snapped a wonderful picture in front of beautiful greenery along W 7th. A perfect photo.
Sometimes our real estate relationships develop in unexpected ways. Many years before, Lana and I met in an open house I was hosting within the Fairview Slopes community. When the family was in search for an experienced Westside realtor, especially someone who has sold lots of condos in Fairview, my name came to mind.
